Your cleaner arrives in the window we agreed on, confirms the checklist with you (or follows your notes if you're out), and asks about anything fragile, rooms to skip or surfaces that need special products. When the visit is done, take a walk through. If something was missed, tell us. We keep notes on your preferences, like which products you like, where pets stay and which rooms matter most, so every visit after the first runs more smoothly.
